Christmas Picnic Fair
The P&C are holding a Christmas Picnic Fair stall on Friday, 14th December 2018 from 4:30 to 8pm at the school.
There will be rides and a free disco in the hall. Please bring along your picnic blanket or chairs and feel free to bring a picnic dinner or buy a sausage sizzle and something from the cake stall.
Pre pay for your unlimited ride wristbands at the Early Bird price of $25. Please note wristbands are required for the rides only. Event entry is free. Rides will run from 4:30pm to 8:00pm. Cash sales of ride wristbands will be available on the night for $30pp or $5 per ride. Early bird tickets are available from www.ticketebo.com.au/pkpsChristmasPicnicFair or you can choose to pay cash, please return the slip below to the school with your cash payment. Online ticket sales will end at 11pm on Wednesday December 12th and will incur a small booking fee. Wristbands will be put on students at school on the day or can be collected from the canteen after 4pm. Students will not be given loose wristbands to take home for siblings/friends as in the past they have been lost.
To make the event a relaxing night for all the P&C are asking for volunteers. A little of your time to help out would be greatly appreciated. We need assistance to cook/sell sausages, bake goodies for the cake stall, sell cakes, set up, pack up or anything else you want to help with.
