School Bytes
Our school communicates to parents using School Bytes. All notes and newsletters will be emailed to you through School Bytes. All payments must also be made through the School Bytes parent portal.
Please ensure your email is up to date as you will be receiving all communication via your emails which includes all notes, newsletters, excursions etc.
If you are experiencing difficulties registering or making payment, please don't hesitate to phone the school. We are more than happy to help and would like this transition to be as smooth as possible for everyone.
Making a payment
We are extremely excited to inform you that our school is now LIVE with School Bytes finance.
Our school has implemented a system called School Bytes to manage payments. Parents/carers can visit the School Bytes portal at any time to make a payment online, view payment history and apply credit. For non-student payments, please contact the school for a payment link.
If you go to your School Bytes parent portal you will now have access to your payment history and your statement of account.
Click the registration and access link below to access the parent portal and make a payment.
Uniform payments
If you need to process a uniform payment you will need to go to your parent portal and click on the 'Statement of Account' link and press the + button at the bottom of the page, tick the box next to Student Uniforms, add items, if you are processing this on your mobile phone be sure to scroll across to enter an amount, then pay now.
This will direct you to a NSW Service site where you will be able to enter your card details.
Don't forget to complete the uniform order form which can be found here. Complete your order and enter your receipt number from your payment. Once you have completed this email your order to ptkembla-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au
